The Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan Rotana Hotel has offered the special accommodation prices for the 3^rd GREEENERING International Conference participants. The prices are below:

• Extra bed for 3^rd person is possible by following prices: AED 100/net per person per day - Extra bed only and AED 150/net per person per day - Extra bed with breakfast.
• Family Room with kitchenette and Balcony an additional supplement of AED 400/net per room per night including breakfast.
• Quoted in UAE Dirhams per room per night.
• All prices are in UAE Dirhams and inclusive of all applicable service charges, local fees, and taxes.
• Complimentary WIFI internet connection.
• Please note that arrival & departure dates falling before or after the above-mentioned dates will be subject to availability & charged at the daily available rate agreed upon.

Check-in / check-out time and requirements
Please note that our check-in time is 15:00 pm and check-out time is at 12:00 noon. Early check-in from 9:00 am onwards can be provided but is subject to availability. Check-in time earlier than 9:00 am should be booked from the previous day. Check-out until 18:00 pm shall be subject to 50% of the total room rate. Check-out after 18:00 pm shall be subject to a one-night room rate.
Kindly note that all guests will be asked for a Passport copy upon check-in, the hotel is not allowed by law to check anyone into the hotel without a copy of the passport.

Cancelation procedure and deadline for payment

IMPORTANT:

• Last day to book the accommodation based on the agreement of the hotel with GREENERING is 30^th November 2024.
• 100% full payment need to be received at the latest up to 12^th December 2024.
• Free cancellation is possible before 12^th December 2024, after this date no cancellation will be possible.

Le Meridien Hotel has offered the special accommodation prices for the 3RD GREEENERING International Conference participants. The prices are below:

• Above rates are per room per night basis.
• Rates are inclusive of buffet breakfast.
• Rates are inclusive of all tourism fees & municipality taxes.
• Rates are inclusive of 5% VAT applied on Room Rate + Service charge.
• Any additional taxes, fees, levies and/or surcharges imposed by the Government authorities, and as and when they are effective, shall be applicable in addition to the rates and any other applicable charges mentioned in this agreement.
• Room Amenities: Bottles of mineral water, Coffee & tea making facilities.
• Complimentary internet access.

Check-in / check-out time and requirements
Early arrival: 15:00 hrs: Standard check in time
Before 10:00 hrs: 100% of the room only rate (in case of breakfast request additional charge)
Between 10:00hrs to 15:00 hrs: 50% of the room only rate
Late Check-out: 12:00 hrs: Standard Check out time
Between 12:00 hrs to 18:00 hrs: 50% of the room only rate
After 1800 hrs: 100% of the room only rate

Cancelation procedure and deadline for payment

IMPORTANT:

• Participants individually will need to pay 100% of the booked accommodation by payment link latest until 15^th of November 2024.
• Free cancelation is possible until 15^th of November 2024, after free cancelation will not be possible.
• NO SHOW room would be kept reserved for individuals until next day 12:00 hour’s post which the room would be released for further sale and would remain subject to availability with best available rate.
